Returns and Refunds

– You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide your order number and reason for return.
– Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
– Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Cancellations

– If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
– We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but please note that we may not be able to cancel an order once it’s been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

– If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
– We’ll provide a replacement product or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

International Returns

– For international returns, please note that you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.

Exceptions

– We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, unless they’re damaged or defective.

Governing Laws and Jurisdictions

– This refund and cancellation policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
– Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of South Africa, as amended from time to time.
– The language of the arbitration shall be English.
